I started this group as a way to keep me accountable to my fitness and weight loss goals. It is so much more fun when you can exercise with other people. Walking Running Group for happy hours hours! I often can not exercise until the evening hours due to my work schedule. I would love to get a group of women who want to walk or run (jog) in the temescal neighborhood @6:30 in the evening. Its winter so its gets dark early and their is safety and fun in numbers.
